The Training Plans presented here result from the practical application of the RAPID model (Relationship, Assessment, Pedagogy, Innovation and Digitalisation) and aim to support the pedagogical and professional development of academic staff. They are designed to promote the integration of innovative and effective strategies into teaching practice, strengthening the quality of education and adapting to current needs. During this academic year, all training sessions will be delivered in Portuguese.
